Happy Retirement, Cherry!

Cherry George, a valued member of our Food and Beverage team since April 2017, has decided to retire and enjoy her summer in the garden. Cherry has always brought smiles to the residents’ faces with her professionalism and courtesy.

Sandra Tripney, our General Manager, shared her thoughts: “We are saddened that Cherry will be leaving our Hawthorns family. Her approach to resident wellbeing has always been considerate, caring, and friendly. Having worked in the May Tree restaurant for over seven years, she will be greatly missed by the residents. Paul and I wish her a happy and well-deserved retirement.”

We wish Cherry all the best and hope she’ll pop in to see us every so often.
