10 years at Hawthorns Braintree!
We are delighted to share that Laura Chikhaou, Head Housekeeper, is celebrating ten years at Hawthorns Braintree!
Laura is a valued member of the Avery #OneFamily team and her commitment, dedication and loyalty to the residents is inspirational.
After receiving a beautiful bouquet of flowers presented to her by General Managers, Paul and Sandra Tripney, to celebrate the milestone, Laura said, “It’s fun working for Hawthrons Braintree and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed getting to know the residents, some of which are still here from when I first started at the Hawthorns!
“I really enjoy my role as Head Housekeeper here and often I reflect on how proud I am of myself to have worked up the ranks to get to where I am today. I could not have got this far or reached this milestone without my amazing team, and I look forward to the next ten years!”
General Manager, Sarah Tripney, also commented on the remarkable anniversary by sharing, “It seems like yesterday when we welcomed Laura to our Hawthorns family.
“Laura has grown with us and shines in her role as Head Housekeeper. She always has a smile on her face and is happy to help anyone at any time; truly embracing our values.
