10th Anniversary Ball
The Hawthorns Braintree recently celebrated our 10th Birthday in style with a Spring Ball! Residents and guests were hosted by our proud General Managers Paul and Sandra Tripney and enjoyed canapés served in the Atrium with accompaniment from pianist Angie Dade.
Our guests were then seated for a fabulous six-course menu including a duo of lamb cutlet and shoulder for main, raspberry bavarois for dessert, then finishing with coffee. With everyone dressed to impress, it was certainly a dinner to remember!
Paul and Sandra thanked the staff at the Braintree community for all of their hard work, and they summarised their own journey within The Hawthorns over the last 10 years. The evening continued with dancing by staff and residents to live music from 3-piece band ‘Accolade’.
Paul Tripney commented on the evening saying, “Our community has enjoyed some great occasions over the ten years, creating many wonderful memories. The staff deserve a special thank you for the simply brilliant job they do to ensure the best possible service is delivered with warmth and consideration. A fantastic evening and we very much look forward to our next landmark birthday”.
