The Avery People Recognition Awards are your chance to shine a spotlight on those individuals who make Avery Healthcare extraordinary. We’re calling on you to celebrate excellence by nominating a colleague or staff member who goes above and beyond in their role.
Annual Award Winners:
Our annual winners will receive a £2000 holiday voucher to enjoy a well-deserved getaway!
Quarterly Award Winners:
There will also be up to five quarterly winners, each receiving a £50 Love2Shop voucher!
How to Nominate:
Nominating someone is easy! Simply email your nominations to averyawards@averyhealthcare.co.uk with the following information:
• Your name and contact details
• Nominee’s name and job title
• The name of the home where the nominee works
• As much supporting information as possible explaining why the nominee deserves the award, including testimonials and photographs where applicable.
