Hawthorns Clevedon Residents Volunteer at The Pier
For many years, The Hawthorns Clevedon and Clevedon Pier have held a strong relationship. They join together frequently, providing residents with the opportunity to engage in some exciting activities on the pier and for representatives from the pier to come into the Hawthorns when government restrictions allow, offering talks on the history of the attraction.
During June, several residents from The Hawthorns were invited to plant flowers across the pier. This was an excellent treat for the residents who are avid gardeners and were delighted to help improve the look of the historic landmark in their town. In addition to organised activities, residents benefit from membership passes, allowing them access to visit the Pier free of charge throughout the year.
Aggie Jasinski, Customer Services Manager at The Hawthorns Clevedon, said, “The hospitality demonstrated from the staff at the pier is always outstanding, and we thoroughly enjoy getting together. We, alongside The Clevedon Pier and Poets Mews, are now exploring future events and opportunities and how we can support each other to benefit our residents.”
