Macmillan Coffee Morning 2023 at the Hawthorns Clevedon
The Hawthorns Clevedon held their successful Macmillan Coffee Morning on Tuesday 24th October, helping to raise vital funds to support those living with cancer.
This was a wonderful opportunity for residents, staff and loved ones to come together, catch up over a warm drink and support a great cause. The Hawthorns Clevedon prepared a delicious spread of cakes, biscuits and pastries, and everyone was spoilt for choice. They were delighted to receive a special visit from Emma Pugh, Macmillan Centre Manager at Weston General Hospital, and Amanda Bessant, Macmillan Cancer Matron, who took the time to share stories and forge friendships with residents.
Customer Services Manager Aggie stated: “We are pleased to share how successful our Macmillan Coffee Morning was here at the Hawthorns Clevedon. Together, we’ve raised an impressive £302.47 for a great cause. Let’s keep making a positive impact!
