Proud Sponsors of Clevedon Pier 2024
As long-time supporters of Clevedon Pier, the Hawthorns Clevedon and Poets Mews Care Home in Clevedon, both part of the Avery Healthcare Group, are delighted to be the main sponsors of Clevedon Pier in 2024.
Over the years, residents have been among the most frequent visitors to the pier and were pleased to be involved in the project to restore the pier gates ready for the 150th anniversary in 2019. Residents at the Hawthorns Clevedon also regularly welcome Phil Curme, Chairman of Clevedon Pier & Heritage Trust Ltd, to their friendly community for fascinating historical talks about the pier. Phil said of the relationship, “We are proud of our partnership with the Hawthorns and Poets Mews – a collaboration which is going from strength to strength. This main sponsorship helps us to preserve the UK’s only Grade 1 listed pier for future generations, and we love welcoming residents as visitors, volunteers and supporters.”
